All our aluminum pickguards are cut from flat aluminum sheet; without any texture. Then we finish them to your spec.

We currently offer Gold anodizing, Black anodizing, Clear anodizing. Many more optional finishes are available to the guitar builder. 100's of color options and finishes. We can offer you RAW cut de-burred parts, with no finish.

Sample #1 below is line grained prior to anodizing (machine brush).

The Samples #2 and #3 are cut from a textured aluminum sheet that we acquire from a special mill. The texture is created by taking flat aluminum sheet and pressing it between two engraved rollers. By special order for OEM use only.
